About Renu
My interest in chemistry began when I first learned how chemical reactions explain changes in the materials around us. This fascination led me to pursue higher education and complete a Master’s degree in Chemistry. Over the last 9 years, I have taught students from different academic backgrounds, helping them understand the logic behind chemical principles and equations.
My teaching philosophy is based on clarity and structured explanation. Many students find chemistry challenging because concepts seem abstract at first. I focus on simplifying these ideas by connecting them with familiar examples and guiding students through problems step by step. This method allows learners to gradually develop confidence and stronger analytical skills.
In addition to teaching, I stay engaged with chemistry by reading scientific articles and learning about new research developments. These activities help me keep my lessons informative and relevant. Teaching chemistry is meaningful to me because I enjoy helping students discover that the subject is not just about formulas but about understanding the processes that shape our world.

Chemistry helps explain how substances interact and change in the world around us. In my lessons, I focus on helping students understand the principles that guide chemical reactions and material behavior. We begin with foundational ideas such as atomic structure, periodic trends, and chemical bonding. By exploring these concepts step by step, students learn how different elements combine and why reactions occur. This approach makes chemistry easier to understand and reduces the need for memorization.
During lessons, I guide students through topics such as balancing equations, acids and bases, and reaction types. Each concept is explained carefully with examples and structured problem-solving practice. Visual diagrams and short exercises help students understand how chemical processes work. I encourage learners to analyze problems logically and explain their reasoning when solving questions. This helps strengthen both understanding and accuracy.
As students progress, they begin to recognize chemistry in many everyday situations, from food preparation to environmental changes. Lessons also help prepare students for examinations by improving their ability to solve problems and explain scientific ideas clearly. My goal is to make chemistry feel approachable and logical while helping students develop confidence in their scientific thinking.
