About Joni
My fascination with Chemistry began with curiosity about molecular interactions and reaction dynamics in everyday life. This led me to pursue an M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry, where I studied reaction mechanisms, spectroscopy, and quantitative analysis. Over 8 years of teaching, I have developed a structured and patient approach that allows students to master complex concepts while building confidence and critical thinking skills. I tailor explanations to individual learning styles using diagrams, analogies, and stepwise reasoning. I encourage active engagement, experimentation, and reflective problem-solving, ensuring students understand principles deeply rather than memorize them superficially. My goal is to nurture curiosity and analytical competence in each learner. Outside teaching, I explore chemical research, laboratory techniques, and emerging scientific studies. Integrating these insights into lessons keeps learning practical and inspiring. Witnessing students gain mastery, confidence, and enthusiasm for Chemistry is profoundly rewarding.
