About Lia
My fascination with Chemistry began with curiosity about how molecules interact and transform. This passion led me to pursue an M.Sc in Physical Chemistry, where I gained expertise in theoretical principles, laboratory techniques, and analytical reasoning. Over the past 11 years, I have taught students across different levels, helping them develop confidence, clarity, and mastery through structured, patient instruction. I focus on clarity, adaptability, and encouragement in teaching. I take time to understand each learner’s thought process using visual models, analogies, and step-by-step explanations. I foster a supportive environment where questions are welcomed and mistakes are seen as learning opportunities, helping students develop resilience, critical thinking, and confidence. Outside teaching, I actively engage with Chemistry through experimentation, research, and staying up-to-date with modern developments. Teaching Chemistry is deeply rewarding because I witness learners develop analytical skills, independence, and self-assurance. Supporting their intellectual growth is the most fulfilling aspect of my work.

Chemistry becomes engaging when learners are guided through structured lessons that emphasize understanding and critical thinking. My lessons cover atomic theory, bonding, reaction mechanisms, thermodynamics, and energy transformations, helping students make connections between theoretical concepts and practical applications. I encourage students to think analytically, solve problems systematically, and gradually gain confidence while mastering increasingly complex material.
Lesson content is adapted to the student’s level. Beginners explore chemical symbols, formula writing, and simple reactions with guided exercises and visual aids. Intermediate learners focus on stoichiometry, periodic trends, acids and bases, and reaction types through hands-on practice. Advanced learners study equilibrium, kinetics, thermodynamics, and complex reactions, emphasizing accuracy, structured problem-solving, and conceptual understanding. Carefully selected exercises reinforce learning and track student progress effectively.
Chemistry lessons also foster patience, critical thinking, and independent reasoning. As learners gain clarity, they approach scientific challenges methodically and confidently. Many students develop a strong appreciation for Chemistry as a logical and approachable discipline. My goal is to help learners achieve mastery and self-assurance in scientific understanding.
