She is a joy to work with, being extremely friendly and patient, and willing to help her peers at short notice. Her ingenuity and optimism manifests in her approach to difficulties. She is motivated to excel in all aspects of her career and pushes herself continually to improve. She takes genuine pride in her work and is heavily invested in contributing to the betterment of her peers. Her reasoning of abstract concepts is refreshingly coherent, which will carry her forward in her teaching role. She conducts herself with utmost honesty, and I can confidently say she is one of the most reliable colleagues I have had the pleasure of working with. Overall, I strongly believe Sumaiyah would fall naturally into a teaching role, with it being well suited to both her aspirations and her values.
