About Ahmed
Hello! My name is Ahmed, and I would be honoured to accompany you on your academic journey. I loved taking heavily scientific course loads in university and I performed well due to my interest in both the subject matter and in the practice of studying. I have been successfully tutoring scientific subjects since high school but I can also help with study skills, resumé building, and interview skills.

I believe that new concepts can be most effectively learned when a student can easily imagine them in interesting ways. Through developing a rapport with my clients, I personalize explanations and use salient metaphors to clearly communicate the details of a concept based on the student's interests, strengths, and mindset.
The initial grasp of a concept is followed by training through comprehensive exercises, guided and independent, that reinforce conceptual understanding and ensure examination success. Independent study skills and test-taking strategies are a main focus throughout our journey and are trained alongside academic subjects.
Once a concept has been thoroughly exercised, specialized thinking questions are used to determine depth of understanding and diagnose any weaknesses. This method allows for efficient and effective exam preparation at any academic level.
I place a strong emphasis on serving every student's unique needs in order to facilitate the smooth progression of my method. I conduct a brief consultation before commencing instruction to identify the specific strategies suited to the student. I encourage open dialogue regarding a student's academic such that I can administer instruction in a structured yet accommodating manner.
