About Luis
I have a degree in Gastronomy from Le Cordon Bleu, Anáhuac, Oaxacan by birth and heart, I have developed in the hotel and restaurant industry, working in one of the best hotels in Oaxaca, and currently chef of one of the best restaurants in Oaxaca.
