About Jake
I am a chartered management trainee with a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages with Business and Management. As part of my degree I studied French and Spanish and spent 6 months in the University of Cádiz and the University of Nice. I am able to provide lessons up to university level in French and Spanish covering all major components of learning a language being - Oral expression, oral comprehension, translation, writing and grammar. I do not have any formal qualifications for Italian however, my father is Italian and I spent two years living in Tuscany and therefore speak Italian as a second language which I can also provide lessons for. Further to this I can provide lessons in business management having studied it at GCSE, A-Level, University and now specialise in management through chartered status.

My teaching methodology will of course differ per student. Having recently left full time education, a criticism I have is a standard teaching approach for all students. The reality is different people learn through different approaches! Through my current management training I have completed several exercises to identify different learning styles and can therefor identify and tailor my mentor-ship to suit, this is what makes me an adaptable and ideal tutor for a student at any level.
