About Charlene
Hi. I'm Charlene, a Foundation Phase Teacher. I am a hardworking, energetic and goal-driven person who is dedicated to helping students reach their full potential , regardless of learning barriers and challenges. I am excited to make use of the knowledge I have obtained to bring an inspiring and hands-on learning experience to the students. I am eager to learn and to provide all learners with a solid education, while discovering their varying learning styles and each leaners’ unique academic needs are met.
I am a trustworthy individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills that will build meaningful and long lasting relationships with students and parents.

As a teacher I am caring, passionate, enthusiastic and excited about providing engaging and challenging learning experiences. My aim is to assist, encourage and support students to achieve their learning goals. In my classroom I believe that all students have the fundamental right to have access to a successful and fulfilling education in order to be productive and valuable members of society. I take on a holistic, flexible and differentiated pedagogical approach to teaching, to allow for inclusivity within my classroom domains. I strongly believe that there is no one size fits all approach to pedagogy and learning. Therefore, I constantly need to know my students backgrounds, ethnicity, cultures, religions and capabilities to provide quality and engaging learning experiences to engage and challenge all students.
