I am an ACMP certified change management practitioner with real-world experience in retail, automotive, franchise development, and higher education. My diverse background has allowed me to work with people from all different cultures, backgrounds, and experiences. I have embraced a learner's mindset, knowing that change is only successful if people feel heard, supported, and empowered. I have worked as a leader, coach, and consultant supporting strategic efforts for long-term goals. My success is building the bridge between individuals and organizations to understand the big picture and how it relates to individual impact.
