Hello! I'm Alba, Yoga teacher certified by the Yoga Alliance. I have worked teaching at hotels and Yoga retreats in Costa Rica and Sri Lanka, as well as studies in Barcelona and California. Offer classes aimed at all levels of different styles (hatha, flow, restorative), are classes to suit the student's needs with a targeted approach to physical labor, breathing and concentration. Classes in Spanish, English or Catalan. :)
