Hi, I’m Sarah, a certified yoga teacher with a passion for helping others find balance, strength, and peace through their yoga practice. With extensive training in Vinyasa Flow, Bikram Yoga, and Yin Yoga, I’ve guided students of all levels in discovering the transformative benefits of movement and mindfulness. I bring professionalism, warmth, and creativity to every session, ensuring that each student feels supported and empowered on their yoga journey. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, groups, and organizations, tailoring my approach to meet their unique needs—whether it’s a personalized 1x1 session, a corporate wellness program, or a lively bachelorette yoga event. A typical lesson begins with grounding and breathwork to set intentions, followed by a customized flow tailored to your preferences. Whether it’s a dynamic Vinyasa sequence, the meditative stillness of Yin Yoga, or the detoxifying benefits of Bikram-inspired practices, every session is designed to leave you feeling balanced and rejuvenated. We’ll conclude with restorative poses and guided relaxation to integrate the practice.
What sets me apart is my versatility and adaptability—I specialize in creating memorable yoga experiences for bachelorette parties, personalized 1x1 sessions, and wellness-focused corporate classes. My goal is to make yoga accessible, enjoyable, and impactful for every student, no matter your level of experience.
