About Swapna
I am practising yoga past six years from different teachers from different institutes from different states to know the different perspectives of Yoga. And I finished my certification 2 years back and started taking classes to share the knowledge of yoga which I have learned and experienced myself to others to lead a peaceful life
According to me yoga is not just an activity to explain It is something beyond your body and mind. One can feel after experiencing.
