Yoga is for everyone, no matter how flexible or sporty you are. We will do it at your convenience. I am a very empathic person and I'll try to create different lessons to make you feel good.
My lessons include Pranayama (breathwork), Asanas (movements) and Mediation.
I am also a Kindergarten Teacher and also open to giving special kids yoga lessons.
