I am a heart-centered coach and certified yoga teacher dedicated to helping clients connect deeply with their authentic selves and lives. With over a decade of experience living in four countries and working in holistic psychology and wellness, I blend yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic practices with client-centered coaching to support stress reduction, spiritual growth, and sustainable change. I believe that everyone has the potential to live in alignment with their core values, and I offer a compassionate, intuitive, and structured approach to help clients unlock their inner wisdom and navigate life with clarity, balance, and purpose.

Hello lovely,
I care deeply about creating safe spaces where you can be yourself and begin the healing process through breath and body work.
My sessions will be tailored to your individual needs for that day or moment of time! I will typically begin with checking in on you and how you're feeling. We will then move into a meditation followed by traditional breath work / pranayama techniques to increase lung capacity, stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and cultivate equilibrium and balance in the body and mind.
