About Sangeeta
I am an experienced Yoga, Meditation instructor from the last 15 years. I wish to revive Ancient Indian techniques and spread this knowledge as I believe it is very relevant to our lives today. My sessions will be rich experiences that will have the ability to transform your inner and outer experiences.

My classes will be free flowing and based on a common understanding between my students and myself. We will practice Yoga at different levels along with Meditation.
I practice various ancient Indian techniques throughout my courses. The classes wont be just classes, they will be an experience for my students to practice in their daily lives.
