About Sangeeta
As an instructor, I want every practitioner to become his best. I do not believe in pushing unnecessarily but just the right amount. I think everyone learns in their capacity and that should be honored.
One thing you should know before joining a yoga class is that yoga is a lifestyle discipline, this is not a therapy session that you end after you start feeling better. Yoga means being healthy physically and mentally. So, to keep your physical and mental health, you must keep practicing.

My teaching methods are simple. I first learn about my students, and what are their goals and according to that, I create plans to help them achieve their goals.
My classes will typically begin with a prayer or shloka, followed by asanas and breathing techniques, and end with another prayer.
I am currently residing in India and can only be available in the Indian time zone.
My yoga classes are meant for everyone. People of any age group can join my classes.
