About Asmita
I care a lot about people enjoying a healthy body. Our experience of our lives is determined by the way our mind and body works. I have been practicing Yoga since 2010 and have taken up several allied courses since. I am an Advocate and have worked as an Assistant Professor as well. By qualification, I have completed M.A. (Political Science) and LL.B. apart from Certificate Course in Yoga.

The class will be conducted online through Zoom. I shall be taking only one student at a time. Most of all my passion for Yoga, health, well-being and spirituality will be quite enriching for the student. I have worked as an Assistant Professor at a reputed college, so all the skills that learnt there shall make the class quite effective.
