I’m a dedicated teacher based in Tamil Nadu with a background in biotechnology and Indian classical music.
My journey into yoga started as a way to combine my love for science with holistic health.
I believe that understanding the biological ‘why’ behind our practice leads to better results.
I aim to help students find balance through movement, breath and sound.
