While teaching yoga I always keep in mind the medical problems of my students and I always teach yoga by correcting body alignments. I have an experience with different types of students with different medical problems like asthma, arthritis, hyperthyroidism, vertigo, cervical, spondylitis anxiety and obesity . I teach Power yoga, Hatha yoga, Vinyasa flow, Yog Nidra. And I made my students to learn chanting bhanjans with proper pronunciation . So my overall focus is to make my students mentally and physically fit so that they get to know their body and mind themselves better
