About Bhoomika
I've been a professional dancer and have gone through many injuries, yoga, reiki & meditation have been my back bone and I have found my body & mind becoming stronger thanks to it. I am a full time Yoga - Wellness Coach & Reiki Master now and it is the most amazing feeling for I learn so much everyday from my students too! I teach Hatha Yoga in combination with Iyengar Yoga, pranayama & meditation.
The sessions are structured to relax & rejuvenate the body within 60 mins and design personalised sessions for all my clients bases their needs.
I specialise in recovery through yoga, relaxation & guided meditation.
My teaching mantra is the very core concept of Yoga - In Union to achieve balance.
