My teaching approach is very much based on scaffolding. Starting off new topics in a way that starts off with knowledge students already know and then progressing into the new parts of material. Always keeping in mind that there will be different ability and focus levels and catering for all those levels. I also enjoy a flipped classroom every now and again and ensuring students have a safe space to ask questions and express themselves responsibly.
