As a 21st century teacher, I use different methodology to teach my learners how to pronounce and read accurately using simplified methods that suit different learners abilities. The use of different methodology applied helped me reach out to learners at different stages of their learning. Learners who couldn't identify the English alphabet, read, spell and write properly improved within 4 months of being in my class which helped to boost the confidence level of my learners.
