About Michelle
I have been teaching and coaching students for over 20 years and I LOVE it! I grew up hating the sciences, so I understand how students can feel and struggle with it. However, I finally had a teacher that made it fun, applicable, and interesting. Since then, I have had a love and passion for science. I was a collegiate athlete on academic and athletic scholarship, so I understand the demands of performing on all levels and love to apply scientific principles to what my students are interested in.

I teach students through their learning styles: auditory, visual, and kinesthetic, or all of the above. I also use repetition, diagrams, demonstrations, and media to help convey topics that are often difficult to understand in the abstract. I love to make science FUN while learning concepts. My lessons are for middle school and high school students.
