About Paul
Passionate Educator & Martial Arts Expert with 12+ Years of Experience
I am a dedicated Physical Education Professor, having earned my degree from the University of La Matanza in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
My life has been shaped by discipline and movement, and I hold the rank of Black Belt in martial arts, with over 12 years of experience teaching Kick Boxing and Muay Thai.
My approach to coaching goes beyond sets and reps. I believe that the success of any training program is built on a mutual bond of trust between myself and my clients. I focus on creating a positive, supportive environment where communication flows both ways.
I don't just aim for physical results; I strive to provide a holistic experience that nurtures your life as a whole.
My goal is to ensure that anyone who decides to work with me feels empowered, motivated, and supported throughout their journey.

My training philosophy is built on the belief that a successful program must fit the person, not the other way around.
As a certified Physical Education Professor and Strength & Conditioning Coach, I specialize in understanding your daily habits, culture, and unique characteristics to design a strategy that works specifically for you. By getting to know your background and routine, I leverage your strengths to help you reach your goals—whether that is weight loss, sports performance, or mastering Strength training or Kick Boxing and Muay Thai.
How we work together: Comprehensive Online Coaching: I offer sessions for those who train at home with minimal equipment or at a fully-equipped gym.
Tailored Programming: You will receive a custom-made training plan designed after a deep dive into your specific needs.
Deep-Dive Interviews: We conduct regular interviews to track your progress, adjust the plan, and ensure the training evolves as you do.
Constant Support: My service includes ongoing monitoring and communication to keep you motivated and on track, no matter where you are in the world. I provide high-level instruction in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, ensuring that communication is never a barrier to your physical development.
