About Jenny
I've worked in the field of wellness and development for over 20 years, serving in roles that range from in-house mental health care to one-on-one private life coaching. My experience includes: researching social-emotional issues, articulating scientific findings, administering personal and psychological assessments, educating small and large groups, creating and leading workshops on self-development, designing and implementing SMART Step action plans, leading focus groups and volunteering professional services for the underserved.
I am principal at Jenny Paulin Coaching, LLC where I design unique coaching plans for private clients. My offerings include signature online systems, immersive breakthrough coaching and small to large group classes.
I have enjoyed writing for publications for over 7 years on topics that include parenthood, wellness, self-care, transitions, communication techniques and taking action. I have served as a Professional Writing Consultant for Michigan State University where I hold a degree in Psychology, with a Concentration in Professional Writing and Women's Studies. I also have a Professional Coaching Certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) and I have a Master Certification in Energy Leadership.

My typical process in beginning a new coach/client relationship is to start with a 30 minute conversation. I offer this complimentary session to each and every one of my prospective clients in order to ensure a good fit. This initial strategy session will help us get clear on what it is exactly that you'd like help in and how we're going to get there. If either one of us finds I am not the right expert for you, I will do my utmost to find a trusted colleague who may be. If we decide to move forward together, I will begin by sending some "pre-work" activities to get the ball rolling. This may also include the ELI (Energetic Leadership Index) - an assessment that measures your current leadership ability, consciousness and overall engagement. Ultimately all decisions on pace and depth of work is up to the client - as is the nature of coaching. You will make the empowering choices and I will walk with you from day one as guide and supporter.
I don't believe in settling when it comes to living your best, most abundant life and I am touched whenever I meet my next client who is ready for that work. I'm looking forward to meeting you!
