About Olena
I completed Trinity CertTESOL course at the TEFL-in- Rome in September 2017 and taught both B-2/ A-2 level classes to Italian speakers of English during the months September and October at English Academy Roma Lingue as part of my teaching development. I spent 7 month in San Severo, province of Foggia, and taught at Morgan school students of all ages and backgrounds. Moreover, I am experienced in teaching exam classes Cambridge (FCE, CAE, KET, PET), GESE Trinity. Starting from September 2019, I have been responsible for providing lessons and support to students in companies and national Ministries. (Rome, Italy).

I create lessons for monolingual groups of students, targeting receptive and productive skills, a variety of language systems, and pronunciation. I tailor lessons with a variety of techniques and approaches to cultivate learner- centered classroom to create engaging and appropriate lesson. I apply task- based teaching, I find that this method encourages the participants to function as ‘language users’ rather than ‘language learners’ using communicative processes as those incorporated in real world activities. Task- based learning aims at developing the cognitive as well as the communicative skills of language learners. The learners get a chance to work in cooperation and coordination, and that will lift their spirit and push the learners forward.
