Over the past 10+ years, I have worked across higher education and technology organizations leading procurement operations, digital system transformations, and corporate governance. my teaching method is through:
Case-Based Learning (CBL) - Present real or anonymized corporate scenarios (e.g., supplier bankruptcy, supply chain bottlenecks, ethical dilemmas in tender bidding). Students analyze the problem and propose strategic solutions.
Problem-Based Learning (PBL) - Give students open-ended industry problems (e.g., "How to reduce inventory holding costs by 15% without impacting fulfillment"). Students research and develop an end-to-end proposal.
