I’m a certified physiotherapist specializing in orthopedic and sports-related conditions. I offer personalized sessions focused on pain relief, injury rehabilitation, posture correction, and strengthening exercises to restore function and prevent future injuries. Whether you’re recovering from a sports injury, managing joint pain, or building strength post-surgery, each session is tailored to your individual needs. I am certified in Dry Needling, Therapeutic Taping, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and Cupping Therapy, which I incorporate into treatment when appropriate. I also conduct Strength & Conditioning sessions for the general population, helping individuals improve strength, mobility, fitness, and overall physical performance. Sessions are available both online and in-person, based on your convenience and comfort.
