Juan es un entrenador muy comprometido y profesional. Ha conseguido que disfrute del ejercicio y también que mejore mi alimentación con hábitos mucho más saludables. Aunque a veces entrenar me resulta duro, él sabe hacer que todo sea más llevadero, ameno y entretenido. Gracias a su ayuda he avanzado muchísimo y estoy muy contenta de haber contado con él.
