About Maya
Health and fitness have always been a major passion of mine. Along with becoming a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I also studied nutrition in college, which helped deepen my understanding of the connection between exercise, nutrition, and overall well-being.
Throughout my career, I've worked with clients of different ages, fitness levels, and goals. What I enjoy most is helping people who want to improve their health but may not know where to start or simply need guidance and accountability along the way.
I began my career working in traditional gym settings, but I found that many clients benefited more from a personalized approach. After gaining experience providing in-home training, I saw how effective one-on-one coaching could be in helping people feel comfortable, stay consistent, and achieve lasting results. Today, I focus on creating individualized programs that fit each client's lifestyle, goals, and unique needs.

I specialize in bodyweight training, barre styled workouts, muscle development, and toning. My training style is different from a traditional gym approach because every workout is personalized to the client's goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build strength, improve confidence, or get back into a healthy routine, I create programs tailored specifically to you. I have experience working with clients of different ages, abilities, and fitness backgrounds, including those who require exercise modifications or a more supportive approach to training.
