About JJ
Since I can remember I was into fitness and leading an active lifestyle. Quickly accumulating many medals for jogging and athletics at school and transitioning over to cricket and provincial rugby.
Mountain biking and trail riding, motocross and extreme sports soon followed.
It was 5 years ago that I made the decision to learn more about fitness, physiology and nutrition and it is since that time that I have been actively helping people with their fitness journeys.
There is no easy way to do what needs to be done and a large part of my training ethos is to provide the support needed during the hardest of times, to shape victories and establish and shatter milestones with my clients.

Training Options available one-on-one. My gym of choice is Sasol Fitness Gym Secunda, CBD. Able to travel to your location in the TEKS area at extra cost or train at another gym at daily rate cost. Online lessons available. Cancellation accepted 24hrs prior to lesson. To which 50% of lesson fee will be refunded.
