About Camilla
Hi! I’m Camilla, a certified personal trainer, strength & conditioning coach, and soon-to-be nutrition graduate. I’ve always been passionate about fitness and mental health, and I love helping women feel strong, confident, and supported.
I offer a 360° approach to create a sustainable lifestyle: combining training, nutrition guidance, and a supportive coaching style. I’m not just your coach, I’m your ally and friend on this journey.

I offer personalised training and coaching for women, tailored to your body, lifestyle, and goals.
You can choose to follow a custom training program, work with me as an online coach, or train together online or in person.
Alongside training, I also provide nutrition support, helping you build sustainable habits without restriction or extremes. As a nutrition student graduating soon, my approach is always science-based, up to date, and focused on long-term results (NO quick fixes!)
My coaching style is supportive, flexible, and realistic. No rigid rules, no pressure, no “all or nothing” mindset. Just smart structure, guidance, and accountability, adapted to you.
The goal is not just to change your body, but to help you feel strong, confident, and supported throughout the process.
