About Sanjeev

Sanjeev is a Life Coach with expertise in Relationships, Wellness and Business Coaching. B. E. (Electrical), Gold medalist, he served in the Government for more than 29 years with a zeal and passion rare to be seen. He now devotes all his energies in empowering people by enabling them to move beyond their barriers.
He is a certified Life Coach from Neuro Leadership Institute, specially trained in ‘Brain-based conversations and engagement’. He has led transformational programs and has coached over 60000 people. He is passionate and committed to serve, and cause happiness, in as many lives as he can.
He has had a long and enriching association with a Global training & development company working to enhance the quality of people’s lives worldwide. He has completed their ‘Curriculum for Living’ and several Leadership, Self-Expression and Communication courses.
He has also led a couple of ‘Leaders Training Programs’. During the past few years, he has made a difference to the lives of hundreds of people, empowering them to live a life they love!
Several entrepreneurs and professionals, have already realized their true potential and have got new-found freedom and expression, after participating in his coaching programs.

What are the techniques that we use
Our curated program is a blend of the following techniques:
1. Neuroscience based coaching – where people understand the design of the brain and how they can use it as a tool for action

3. Ontology – Ontology is a branch of metaphysics and is a science of being – this supports individuals to first identify their state of being and then shifting it to a powerful state
How this Program Works:
• Introspection: Participants identify their basic behavioural patterns about being stuck with their past.
• Self –Awareness: It’s a stage where participants become aware and distinguish that what happens around them, is their creation.
• Discovery: Once they distinguish, they have access to design new patterns and identify new actions required to fulfil their goals in life.
• Formation: The new designed pattern becomes their new/sustained way of life through tools and techniques.
• Living life powerfully through own creation: This builds empowering habits which forward them towards a limitless life.
Structure of a Class:
The structure of the class is as follows:
• Mode Offered: Online and Offline
• Time –
o Webinar – 1.5 hours
o Personal Sessions – 2 hours each, Programs run for 8-10 weeks spread over 2-2.5 months
• Content includes – conversations, distinctions, vidoes, visuals, audio/music, stories, analogies, activities – that help people experience their own patterns and texture to move beyond their limitations and achieve extraordinary results.
