About Cathy Intro ・
I'm from France but I'm also Canadian, I've been living in Canada since 2009 (Vancouver then Montreal). I have a Master's degree in Communications and Political Science. I'm a certified Neurolanguage Coach. Check out my podcast for learners: My Polyglot Life en français.
I love travelling, living abroad (recently: Japan) and discovering different cultures.
I believe learning a language is a journey of personal development and I goes beyond just learning words, grammar and cultural facts.

We'll create a safe space you'll be happy to come to every week (or more frequently) to practice your French and ask any question you may have about the language and culture.
You'll speak most of the time, I'll give feedback in a way that makes you progress and let go of your fears of interacting in French.
I can help you develop strategies to manage any negative emotions you may face during the learning process, while speaking or taking a test.
If you need to prepare for an exam, we'll cover best practices and tips to show up with confidence on the day of.
