About Ryosuke
Hello, my name is Ryosuke. I am a certified Japanese teacher with 420 hours of professional training. I lived in Canada for one year and worked as an international seafarer. I have traveled to more than 30 countries. These experiences gave me a strong interest in languages and different cultures. I speak Japanese and English, and I am studying Spanish and Chinese. I am also a language learner, so I understand how hard it can be to learn a new language. I enjoy teaching and supporting students with patience and clear explanations! My goal is to help you feel confident and enjoy speaking Japanese!

My lessons focus on practical and natural Japanese for real-life communication. I use a communication-based approach with clear explanations and plenty of speaking practice.
Each lesson includes simple conversation, useful expressions, clear grammar explanations, and practical speaking practice. I mainly use the textbook "Minna no Nihongo" and adapt the content to each student’s level and goals.
What sets me apart is my 420-hour professional Japanese teacher training and global experience as a former international seafarer. As a multilingual learner myself, I explain Japanese from a learner’s perspective.
My lessons are suitable for beginners and lower-intermediate learners, travelers, and adults who want to speak Japanese confidently in real situations!
