A typical lesson begins with questions to see what you know and then focus on the areas where improvement is needed. I tailor each lesson to the specific airspace in your local area. I believe that a good pilot is one who is well rounded and therefore will ask you to the apply the knowledge in a new location. I don't believe that learning should just be a collection of facts. Rather, I try explain the "why" behind things.
