About Adel
Hi, I’m Adel — a patient and passionate English, Literature, and KSL teacher from Kenya.
I specialize in helping children who learn differently, including students with ADHD & dyslexia and deaf students as well. I believe every student can succeed when lessons are tailored to how they learn best.
I create a calm, supportive space where mistakes are welcome and progress is celebrated. My lessons are fun, structured, and designed to build confidence step by step. Whether your child needs help with reading, grammar, or conversation, or you’re an adult improving English for work or travel, I’ll meet you at your level.
I teach all lessons online via Zoom, so I work with students worldwide. Let’s make learning enjoyable together!

My Approach & Methodology*
I use a patient; student-centered approach tailored to each learner’s needs. For children with ADHD or dyslexia, I break lessons into short, focused activities with movement breaks and visual aids. For ESL students, I use conversation practice, games, and real-life examples. Every lesson has clear goals and ends with a quick recap, so students feel confident and see progress.
Typical Lesson Length
Lessons are 60 minutes via Zoom or Google Meet. I also offer 30-minute sessions for younger children or students who learn better with shorter lessons. The first lesson is free so we can meet, check your level, and set learning goals together.
Qualifications & Experience
I hold a bachelor’s degree in education with a specialization in Special Needs Education. I have 2+ years of experience teaching English, Literature, and Kenyan Sign Language to children and adults. I have worked with learners of all abilities, including those with learning differences, both online and in person.
Who My Lessons Are For
My classes are for beginners to advanced students, ages 8 to adult. I especially enjoy teaching children who need extra patience and support, including those with ADHD or dyslexia. I also teach adults who want to improve their English for daily conversation, work, or travel. All lessons are 100% online, so I teach students worldwide.
