About Andreea
I want to help people who are where I was in the past.
A few years ago, I was struggling with very low confidence in my own abilities. To be honest, I barely knew what my skills and strengths were!
I didn't believe in myself. It seemed like I always struggled with perfectionism (hello, imposter syndrome). And I had no idea what to do with myself.
Yes, I lacked self-awareness. I didn't know who I was. But now?
I've worked hard to increase my self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and confidence. I know what my core values are. And I know how to draw on my values and strengths when I have to make difficult decisions.
I live my life with purpose (I promise it's not just a nice-sounding cliché).
And I had help in all of this. Teachers, coaches, mentors, friends, and family all contributed to my personal development.
Naturally, I want to do the same for others.
