About Denise
I have a degree in Social Work and have completed two coaching certifications (Systemic Coach & Resilience Coach). In my work as a social worker, I've spent 5 years working with teenagers and adults facing mental health challenges and issues. After successfully completing my coaching certifications, I am now a self-employed Coach and support people remotely on their path to better self-esteem and inner freedom.

In my coaching sessions, I provide a safe space for you to identify and dissolve old beliefs, patterns, and blockages that have been holding you back from living your life confidently, freely, and fully. Together, we'll work on restoring your inner balance, letting go of self-doubt, and building a deep connection with your authentic self.
