As a tutor, I focus on identifying the thought patterns of my students and filling in gaps when I see them. My experiences with many different types of students have made me great at differentiating my instruction and working with varied learning styles, needs, and difficulties. Typically when tutoring, I first watch the student try and work through material they are struggling with, and then come up with tailored practice and guidance. My strongest subjects are high school and middle school level math, high school chemistry, biology, and middle school level science.
