About Nidhi
I am a certified and passionate Yoga Instructor with 3+ years of experience, skilled in multiple yoga disciplines including Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga and Face yoga coach. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training from Lakulish Yoga University, Ahmedabad. where I learned to teach a variety of yoga styles with an emphasis on alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement. I’m excited to guide students of all levels on their journeys toward greater health, well-being, and self-awareness. I will provide customized sequences and postures for individual students to suit their needs and skill levels. I completed my Face Yoga Teacher Training from Bodhi School of Yoga.where I learned Face exercises, Face Massage, Acupressure Points, Mudras for Face, Lymphatic drainage Massage, Pranayama. Face yoga is a Natural way to younger looking Skin and to Enhance your face shape. I am happy to help the students get rid of fine lines & wrinkles on face, puffiness, dark circles of eyes, Double chin, pigmentation, sagging skin, Nasolabial and smile lines. I offer classes for all age groups on online platform
