About Vigie Rose
Hello! I’m Vigie Rose Ragas, a certified TEFL holder with a strong background in communication, customer service, and digital operations. I take great pride in being reliable, organized, and fully committed to helping you learn with confidence and clarity.
Beyond my teaching qualification, I hold a Certificate in Information Technology and bring over a decade of combined professional experience—including 5 years in BPO customer service, 4 years in social media management, and 3 years in e-commerce and operations. This means I don’t only teach English from textbooks; I understand how language is used in real life, in the workplace, and in everyday interactions.
I approach every lesson with patience, empathy, and careful attention to detail. I create a safe, respectful space where you feel comfortable asking questions, practicing at your own pace, and learning from mistakes without worry.
