About Zara
Fun, humble and experienced instructor.
My students say they are challenged in my classes but achieve things they didn't think they could. They also say they feel supported and they have a safe environment to speak freely and be themselves in.
I'll have a bit of banter with you, I love the connections I build with my students, but I'll also be honest, direct and supportive.
My favourite trick to teach is the handspring and it's associated variations.

About the lesson

A typical pole lesson will last 1 hour and include a warm up and cool down. For students that are more advanced and have a higher level of endurance, I am happy to do a longer session so that you have more time on the pole.
Beginners will start with a mix of spins, sits and strength building tricks, this can be tailored depending on preferences.
You should have a pole, safety mats and no injuries or illnesses for online coaching. It is important you let me know if anything will affect your ability to exercise.
I taught for my own business previously and since I rejoined the corporate world I teach for Essex Pole Fitness in my spare time (not affiliated with my independent coaching.) I am also a Personal Trainer, an experienced Weight Lifter, and an avid handstand fan. So if you would like a different type of coaching please ask.
