My methodology will include the following: -Coming up with personalized learning objectives that suit the student's needs. -Dissecting difficult concepts into simple and small ideas easier to absorb, hence grasping any hard topic thrown at you. -Going out of the old-fashioned boring lectures and slides by optimizing the understanding process with the usage of audiovisual aids such as videos, animations, educational apps, flashcards, spatial repetitions and dialogues. -Prioritizing my students' mental well-being and creating a stress-free, fun and safe environment for them to reach their full potential using the interactive/participative teaching method. -Monitoring my students' performance, and always readjusting teaching strategies and techniques for improved content delivery. - Evaluating and assessing my student's strongest and weakest points in each test he/she is taking at school and work accordingly addressing all the concepts in which he/she fell short in.
