About Malva
I followed the professional training of the famous Doris Arnold (Studio Françoise) in order to be able to teach pole dance and exotic dance (Exotic Pole Dance, Exotic Floorwork, Chair Dance, ...) in complete safety.
I participated in international competitions in pole dance (Pole Art Italy 2018 & 2019), in Exotic Pole Dance (Exotic Generation UK 2019) and in Judo (Vice champion of France Nage-No-Kata 3 series 2016, bronze medalist in the 2016 European Championship). My experience in judo is a real asset for physical preparation and the development of the strength and sheathing necessary for Pole Dance.
I have been teaching Pole Dance since 2017, in private lessons and in different studios in Ile de France (Pole & Motion, Pole Hit, Olga pole & Dance, Studio Justine) and exotic floorwork (Pole & Motion , Olala Party - prestigious burlesque school).

I offer Pole Dance (beginner to advanced), Exotic Dance (Exotic Pole Dance, Exotic Floorwork, chair Dance), flexibility, and balance classes.
Whatever the type of class, I always start with a warm-up (15/20 minutes). Then, we approach either figures that you want to work, or a course program established by me and adapted to your level. Finally, a return to calm (end of class stretching) is planned.
Serious and caring, I will make sure you are always safe and push you to surpass yourself.
I come to your place, receive you at my home, or by video.
