About Ashleigh
Pursuing my passion as a yoga teacher who works to each students unique ability. I believe that yoga is for every body and is a life long journey. I focus on building strong foundational poses and building from there.

I mix my teaching style between functional, safe and slow foundational building blocks with a little positive thinking, visualisation and some spiritual mentions (ie using the chakra energy). My classes are light, happy and fun focusing on feeling good.
