About Karen
- I’m a qualified English language teacher (CELTA-trained) and a clinical Speech and Language Therapist (‘logopedia’)
- I’ve 10 years of teaching experience (A1 level - C2 level)
- I’ve worked in well-respected international language schools such as ‘International House’ as well as with private one-to-one students
- I’ve taught in Spain, Hungary and Australia (General English for adults as well as Business English)
- I specialise in speaking (grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, idioms, syllable stress, rhythm)
- I’ve taught students from all over the world but particularly students from Spain, Brazil, Korea, Hungary, and Egypt
- My teaching style involves instant correction and feedback to help you learn from your mistakes in a gentle and encouraging manner
- Classes are fun and informal
- After each class, you will receive a personalized document containing the class content and corrections which you can revise before the next class
