I am a Cellular and Molecular Biology college student who is passionate about science and mathematics. I love to share this passion with students through teaching. It brings me great joy to be able to use my knowledge to help others understand and be successful in the sciences.

I teach biology, chemistry, and algebra to any students at the middle to high school level. I have several years experience volunteering in classrooms where I developed numerous teaching modalities to cater to all types of learners. My strategy consists of determining how each student learns best, then creating targeted lessons to foster a comprehensive understanding of the concepts. I then teach how this understanding can be applied to specific problems appearing in the classroom or on exams. To supplement, I also use extensive knowledge in neuroscience-based learning to teach students the best study habits to be successful in the classroom.
