About Michelle
I love keeping the energy fun in class while encouraging my students to really discover their unique style and use that to boost their stage presence. The bigger and bolder, the better! At the same time, I make sure to emphasize correct posture and movement techniques to ensure they’re dancing safely and building strength in their bodies. It's all about balancing performance with proper form.

I'm a CDTA-certified showgirl with over 25 years of experience dancing and touring across Mexico. I've choreographed shows in hotels all over the country and I'm also an ACE-certified personal trainer and Movement Coach. In my classes, I focus heavily on building stage presence, helping dancers not just move correctly, but truly own the spotlight.
