About Mima
I am a Casual Relief teacher in both primary and secondary schools. Most of my work is in the LOTE area of Italian at the primary level and Design Technology at the secondary level. I have worked in the area of Design Technology and I come from an Italian background and share the love of the Italian language. I have an excellent track record of empowering young learners to develop their creative abilities to become confident thinkers in a happy and safe environment.

My teaching method is mainly modeling by example because I am a visual learner. After telling students what to do, I like to show them exactly how to do the work or complete their project so they understand what to expect.
Feedback is another important strategy that I use consistently in the classroom. It is important to tell students when they are doing a great job.
